Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all other jewelry items, we only accept claims if:
* The item arrives damaged.
* The wrong item was received.
* The item has a manufacturing defect.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To request assistance, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Palmarela reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
If a claim is approved, Palmarela may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.
